Congratulations on completing the competitive portion of our season! We only have a few events left on our schedule for the rest of the year. Check the details below for information regarding the marching band schedule this week. We will have no formal rehearsals this week since our only performance commitment is an away game.
Friday 10/27 – Away Football Game @ Colgan High School
- 6:00 – Report to band room to collect instruments/equipment needed for the game
- 6:30 – Buses depart for Colgan High School
- 7:00 – Game starts
- 8:00* – Halftime – We will go to watch the Colgan Band’s halftime show
- 9:00* – Game ends, load buses, and depart for FPHS
- 9:30* – Return to FPHS, students unload buses, clean band room, and are dismissed
*Times are approximate and depend on how quickly the game clock runs out.
WHAT TO WEAR:
- Band T-Shirt
- Band Jacket (Please bring $20 to purchase your jacket if you have not already done so)
- Blue Jeans (preferably without rips/tears/holes)
- If you want to bring extra clothing for layers (in case it gets cold), please try to make it Forest Park spirit wear, or at least Forest Park colors.
- NO CROCS – WEAR REAL SHOES
