Please mail to or drop off payment at Forest High School, 15721 Forest Park Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22193 PayPal – Dues and expenses can also be paid completely online via PayPal! Once you access the site, you can select a payment option, create a free account and pay your dues. This payment will go directly to the Bruin Band Boosters and the email connected to the account is fphsbbdirector@gmail.com. Individual Payment Plans The Bruin Band Boosters are extending the option of creating an individualized payment plan, especially in light of the financially stressful times of this pandemic. All dues and expenses collected will be held in earnest and in the event that the marching season and if dues payments are an issue, please contact Bruin Band Booster Treasurer Lisa Hammond at FPHSBBTreasurer@gmail.com as soon as possible to discuss an individualized payment plan. Fulfillment of your band dues commitment is an integral part of the BBB’s budget planning process and finding a mutually acceptable means benefits all parties concerned. Marching Band & Color Guard 2023 – 2024 Dues – $325 June 15 – Minimum deposit of $125 is due by Friday August 12 – Second payment of $100 is due at the Parent Preview October 31 – Final payment of $100 is due at the conclusion of the Marching Band season. IMPORTANT: Please see Mr. Ro or Mr. Pereyra for other payment options. Full Payment may be made at any time if preferred. Other Possible Fees for Marching Band Students (These anticipated expenses are provided for family budget planning purposes only. Payment instructions will follow at a later time.) $30 – $65 for replacement marching shoes (sometimes shoes are worn out, broken, or lost during the season) $3 – $5 for replacement socks or gloves $130 – $150 for color guard items such as shoes, tights, earrings, make-up and warm-up suit (cost varies depending on which items particular individuals need) Meals – Due to the distance of some competitions we attend, it is necessary for students to eat while we are gone. MBB members typically have the option of purchasing food at competitions or bringing a meal from home as well.
