Wednesday 9/28 – Rehearsal 2:30-5:00
Thursday 9/29 – Rehearsal 5:00-7:30
Friday 9/30 – Rehearsal 5:00-7:30
Saturday – Marching Band Competition – Spotsy Invitational at Spotsylvania High School
- 10:30 am – Report for a short rehearsal
- 11:45 am – Load equipment trailer/get dressed into uniform
- 1:00 pm – Uniform Inspection
- 1:10 pm – Load bus/Roll call
- 1:15 pm – Depart FPHS
- 2:45 pm – Arrive at Spotsylvania High School/Unload equipment trailer
- 3:15 pm – Warm up
- 3:45 pm – Transit to gate
- 4:00 pm – “Carry On”
- 4:15 pm – Return to bus to load trailer and change out of uniform
- 5:00 pm – Return to stadium to watch the rest of the shows
- 6:45 pm – Awards announced
- 7:00 pm – Return to bus
- 7:10 pm – Load bus/Roll call
- 7:15 pm – Depart Spotsylvania High School
- 8:30 pm – Bus returns to FPHS, students unload and are dismissed

Mr. Ro is staying in contact with the band staff at Spotsylvania High School in the event that decisions need to be made regarding the competition. If anything should change regarding the show this weekend, families will be notified as soon as possible.
