Tuesday 9/24 – Rehearsal 5:00-7:30
Wednesday 9/25 – Rehearsal 2:30-5:00

Friday 9/27 – No rehearsal. Enjoy your weekend off!
10/1-10/5
Tuesday 10/1 – Rehearsal 5:00-7:30

Thursday 10/3 – No School – Rosh Hashanah
Friday 10/4 – Football Game vs. Freedom HS – 8th Grade Night
- 2:30 – MBB students should stay after school to assist in getting set up for 8th grade night.
- 4:00 – Registration for 8th graders opens up
- 4:30 – Rehearsal with 8th graders
- 5:15 – Dinner provided by Bruin Band Boosters
- 5:45 – Get dressed into uniform
- 6:15 – Uniform Inspection
- 6:30 – Warm up in Driver’s Ed. lot
- 6:40 – March over for National Anthem
- 7:00 – Game starts
- *7:45-8:00 – Halftime
- We will be departing the game after halftime so we can prepare for our competition at Hanover the next day.
Saturday 10/5 – Marching Band Competition – Hanover Hawk Marching Invitational at Hanover High School and trip to King’s Dominion
- 7:00 – Students report to FPHS
- 7:30 – Morning rehearsal in stadium
- 9:30 – Students get dressed and help load equipment trailers
- 10:30 – Buses depart FPHS
- 12:15 – Arrive at Hanover High School and unload buses and trailers
- 12:45 – Warm up
- 1:25 – Transition to gate
- 1:35 – On Deck
- 1:45 – “The Good, The Bad, and The Bruin”
- 2:00 – Return to buses/trailer and load/change out of uniform
- 2:30 – Depart Hanover High School
- 3:00 – Arrive at King’s Dominion
- 8:30 – Depart King’s Dominion
- 10:00 – Arrive back at FPHS, students unload equipment, clean the band room, and are dismissed.
